2015 Coppa Classic - Westerlo (B)

A slightly chauvinistic choice for the winner of the 2015 Coppa Classic Concours: the Belgian made Excelsior. At the time these were quality cars made in Zaventem near Brussels with a sporting performance. These days a nearly forgotten marque with very few cars left.
This wonderful example is a short wheelbase Albert I model powered by a 5.3 Litre 6 cylinder in-line engine producing around 130 hp. Its elegant cabriolet body was made by coachbuilder Snutsel & Fils from Brussels.
