The Midas car was a modernized redesign of the Mini Marcos. It was introduced in 1978 and updated a number of times. Here you see the Mark 3 model named "Gold", designed by Richard Oakes and made from 1985 till 1989. It used the mechanical components of the Austin Metro and around 175 were made.
