The sedanca coupe bodystyle is a version of the 3-position drophead: the roof can be closed, opened half (from the windshield to the pillar behind the doors) or completely folded down like on this picture. Downside of this versatile construction is clearly the bulky mess of the roof when completely folded down, with the side pillars on top of it.
I can't quite make out which body builder manufactured this; it appears like a Mulliner design but with fenders in Thrupp & Maberly style...
