2015 Techno Classica - Essen (D)

This car, the second of the seven Royale chassis built, was originally the dramatic Esders Roadster, designed by Jean Bugatti. It was later rebuilt with this Coupé de Ville body by Heni Binder of Paris.
A replica of the Esders Roadster, built by the Schlumpf brothers, is in the museum at Mulhouse.
