Seat 600 Formicetta by Siata 1967
2017 Classic Days Schloss Dyck - Aldenhoven (D)

Siata from Turin, Italy may be best known for creating sporty variants of Fiat cars but likely the most produced Siata design was made by their Spanish branch "Siata Espagnola". There a practical van conversion of the small Seat 600 D (a version of the Fiat 600 produced in Spain) was made between 1961 and 1967. It proved to be quite popular and 6,713 were sold locally.
These cars were hardly seen outside of Spain but in recent years some have found their way into Europe, like this nicely restored German owned car.
