It's not often that I've encountered designs by Etienne Brandone, the French master of style and good taste. But it has always been a pleasure. Here's a wonderful coupé on the 6 cylinder Delahaye sport chassis. Look at those wonderful details like the bow under the tie bar between the headlights, the chrome lines that veer away from the radiator cap along the flanks of the car towards the rear lights and the curve at the sides formed by the raked windshield and the edge between the front doors and the hood.
Really the stuff for connoisseurs I thought but apparently there are plenty of those since the asking price for this car was 350,000 Euros. The vendor of this car mentioned this to be a "moderate" price...
