This is chassis #124651, one of only 17 original GT versions of the 2000 GS Carrera 2 with T6 body. The lightweight GT was a competition car with a more powerful engine similar to that of the 904 racing car. Chassis #124651 competed in the Swedish Rally Championship which it won in 1963. Also in 1963 it was victorious in the Dutch Tulip Rally.
