Donnet Zedel CI-6 torpedo 1922
2016 Concorso Italiano - Boxtel (NL)

During the 1920s Donnet was the fifth largest car manufacturer in France. Jerome Donnet (a Swiss entrepreneur and aircraft manufacturer) bought the originally Swiss Zedel company in 1919. By then the factory was located in France. The CI 6 model is regarded as the first mass produced original Donnet design; in 1926 the Zedel name was dropped. Commercial succes for the Donnet company didn't last long however, it closed its doors in 1934.
