Cadillac 61 V8 convertible sedan by Fisher 1939
2022 Nationale Oldtimerdag - Lelystad (NL)

In 1939 the Cadillac catalogue offered coach built versions by either Fleetwood or Fischer. On the shortest (126 inch wheelbase) chassis, named the Series 61, there were 4 distinct Fisher designs available and one of those is this convertible sedan model. Only 140 Series 61 were made with this body style.
The competing offerings by Fleetwood were called the Series 60 Special on a 127 inch wheelbase and were effectively variations of the touring sedan body style.
